Shipping and Returns
All orders will processed within 24-48 hours. We offer three different shipping options to accommodate how quickly you need your order: Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Prices for each are reflected during checkout.
We offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50.
We do not currently ship outside of the US, but look forward to expanding our distribution internationally as we grow! We'd love to hear from you about where you'd like to see Meems expand to at email@example.com or on Instagram @shopmeems.

To process a return, please fill out the packing slip and affix the return label to the outside of the package within 30 days of receiving your order (returns within 15 days are free!). Both the packing slip and return label were included inside with your order and can be found inside the Meems card. All items and product packaging can be repacked in the original mailer or box, which are reusable.
30-DAY RETURNS (FREE within 15 days)
- 15 days or less: FREE RETURNS if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days of delivery date.
- Returns within 16-30 days: $10 Label Fee if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier 16-30 days after delivery date.
- Returns after 30+ days are NOT ACCEPTED if return is dropped off beyond 30 days of delivery date.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
- FINAL SALE items and gift cards are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Shipping and handling charges, including expedited shipping, are not refundable.
Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days of delivery date. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to process your exchange. Otherwise, feel free to return your order and place a new one for the correct item.
Of course, if you purchased items using a discount code or promotion, we're happy to honor the same code again for an even exchange, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right!
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please remember that refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
